I agree with this to a degree that first timers who have entered the prison system with smaller felonies maybe given the opportunity to donate and reduce their term or sentence. But for felons with murder charges or rapist, or child molesters, and so on, they should not be given the opportunity to reduce their sentence. But with the way the system works, you can&#039;t divide based on a charge so more than likely, this could never fall through. But it would reduce costs and depending on the current &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.suggestions4obama.com/category/economy-jobs/&quot;&gt;economy&lt;/a&gt; stance, that may be what we need.</description>
