Current Hydrogen fusion reactors work like mini Hydrogen bombs. Hydrogen fusion reactors that are endothermic now are in common use – as neutron generators used to search for explosives in airports. By turning the endothermic neutron generator into test flow device, it is possible to modify the reaction conditions of the and note the increased output of neutrons. Such experimental systems can be built at any university and automated to optimize the hydrogen fusion reaction continuously 24/7. Right now it is too difficult to find the optimum conditions for fusion because the machine are designed to be exothermic to start.

The world population is growing. The US has a huge surplus of land which is now not under cultivation because the no water. The US has a huge surplus of water which can be piped using alternative power to the dry areas during flood season. Vast areas could be opened for conservation habitat that are now almost dead – new wetlands can be created on Federal Land. There is a vast amount of corporate money that is now languishing in banks at low interest. Offer a tax holiday on all funds that are offshore that are invested in direct growth of the interstate seasonal waterway and related water storage areas.

Trade with China

If anything is to balance out trade with other countries like China it seems to me that the field needs to be more balanced. To do that I propose a Federal law requiring all parts or items manufactured for the USA be done so with our standards. Those being OSHA and EPA. We already have done something similar with certain woods we import. We require documentation and we inspect where that wood comes from for ourselves as well so there is a precedent. While I’m not an economist, I’m sure 3 things would happen. 1. There would be more protection for workers in other countries.
2. The cost of our imported goods would go up. However, considering we have become a throw away society it would slow down our consumption and bring back an aspect of our country that’s been forgotten, repair instead of replace.
3.It would make outsourcing jobs to other countries less attractive and keep jobs here or reverse that trend to some degree.
I have been told by some that China adjusts it’s currency to suit it’s own needs. So I’ll go out on a limb and hypothetically suggest that one main Federal law be implemented and be focused on one industry at a time, like the auto industry, and once that is settled, add a rider for electronics and so on.
I’m the first on to say that economics, politics are best left to smarter people than me, but hey, who knows what the perfect answer is in an imperfect world?

Keystone XL pipline deal

If they want this Keystone pipeline deal so bad you may have the upper hand. Make the deal if they agree to cut the American public some of the royalties from the toxic sludge they intend to refine in Texas. It would be nice for every American to get a free tank of gas every month out of this deal. You should also make Canada and anyone responsible for cleanup and damages should a oil spill happen. If they ship any of this refined oil out of the U.S, the royalties should double and if there is a spill the royalties should triple.

flagging congressmen that vote against their constituents

I know when you try to contact someone in congress they just take down whether you for or against something. Why not provide a means that the constituents would know if there congressmen voted against their interests. Maybe a indicator as the vote is cast or a letter that goes out to the constituents. I just think there should be some means of knowing that your representative is actually representing you and not some lobbyist. Then at reelection time you could determine whether or not to give them the boot based on the number of time they voted opposite. A central contact number for all congressmen might be needed so that the vote can’t rigged. That wouldn’t be a problem though since you can never talk directly with your congressmen anyway.

Legislation to end recession forever.

It’s simple. It will be a penalty to the government. The legislation will read, during time of recession or depression all income received by the government from royalties of coal, oil. gas, minerals or anything considered a natural resource will be diverted to the people until which time the recession or depression is over with. I believe our government’s focus would be to prevent the recession in the first place and if it didn’t the recession would be very short because it would be a stimulus on steroids.

Peace Between Israel, Palestine, and Iran

I know this suggestion will probably be ignored and rejected like the millions (if not billions) you receive every day. I believe my solution will BRING PEACE REGARDING IRAN AND ISRAEL, but I hope I am lucky enough for anyone to listen.

The administration should send a devout Jewish American to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to talk about the core tenants of Judaism which are similar to that of Islam (yes I know, it’s difficult to convince Netanyahu but it’s not impossible). You have the diplomat talk about humility and respecting others even if they don’t respect you. Tell him that for a culture that has experienced so much hardship, they of anyone should know of the struggles of autonomy and peace and should want to help others even if they despise you because you don’t want to become the very thing you have fought against. Promise to increase aid by 50% in Israel brokers a piece deal with Iran and promises a two-state solution (heck, make it a 100% increase as a bonus incentive). You also simultaneously send a Shiite Muslim to Iran to talk to President Ahmadinejad and do the same thing. Talk about the fundamental tenants of Islam. Tell them about humanity and peace and how Muhammad of all people understood grace, concern, and respect for all peoples including Jews. That is the ultimate ascension to Allah. Pledge full commitment and support of their nuclear program. Make a treaty where the U.S. will allow Iran to develop nuclear technology(except weapons) and where the U.S. will remove all sanctions and barriers of trade in exchange for a peace talk with Israel based on the fundamental principle of human dignity found both in Judaism and Islam. Throw in humanitarian and military aid for the Islamic regime as well. Focus on helping out the people without imposing Western Hegemony. Have Israel and Iran work together. It seems impossible, but it isn’t. And even if Iran or Israel agrees as a token gesture, it’s still an action.

I WOULD MEAN PEACE FOR THE MIDDLE EAST. PLAY SOME GOOD COP/ BAD COP, TALK ABOUT THE CORE PRINCIPLES OF BOTH RELIGIONS, TAKE ABOUT PEACE, TAKE ABOUT RESPECT, TALK ABOUT GIVING AID TO EVERYONE AND ALLOWING THEM THE FREEDOM TO CHOOSE THEIR OWN DESTINIES, BUT ENSURE THE DESTINY WILL INCLUDE PEACE IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

YOU PROBABLY WON’T FOLLOW MY ADVICE, BUT IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. REMEMBER ISRAEL AND EGYPT. BUT WHAT DO I KNOW?SOME KID THAT LOVES POLITICS AND THINKS HE COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

postal sevice suggestion

Mr.President, my name is ernest,and i have a suggestion,that may help save our jobs at the postal sevice.i know this is not a permanent solution but maybe it will give you three or four years to find a permanent solution.i got this idea from a “quote” that a great man like yourself once said to us,he said “ask not what your country can do for but what u can do for your country”. although i do not work directly for the u.s.p.s., i am a contract driver for tx.mail severice out of dallas,tx. i believe that if all of us work together we can make it work.my suggestion is that if all of us that are employed or contracted by the u.s.p.s. would voluteer to pitch in 20 cents an hour from our pay, we could raise enough revenue so we can all keep our jobs,at 20 cents an hour in a 40 hour pay period, thats $8.00 a week ,lets say there are a million employees that would be 8 million a wk.or 32 million a mo.if this would work we would not see anymore postal worker in the unemployment office or losing our homes.i hope you can adress this issue before the may deadline where i heard that they will shut down more postal offices and cut more postal routes.i have talked to 60 postal employees, and they would all be willing to pitch in the 20 cents as long as we could all keep our jobs. this revenue would olny be used for u.s.p.s. use only and only for 3 or 4 years to find a solution.this would not be for giving big raises to the top our ranking postal officals or for bailing out banks, mortgage companies,or any other uses.no matter what you decide you still have my vote and hopefully from many other postal employees. my wife and i really believe in you and we really need you to be our president for another four years.thank you for your time and attention to this matter.God bless you and your family.

im a health care worker who is catholic.i feel that mandatory employer coverage will cost you christian votes.i have no problem letting employers decide on coverage on their own.
.please allow an exemption for religious beliefs.this allows individuals to decide.the government should not make it manndatory.

Immediate Need for Medical Care – Without Insurance or Funds

With child support and debts taking all my income, how does one TODAY recieve immediate medical attention for a changing mole which meets all the criteria for needing immediate attention? I have no savings or health insurance. I’ve stopped into 2 doctor’s offices to inquire, and was told by both that they don’t “do payment plans.”

I was quoted an estimate of $1,000.00 for the initial visit/consultation, biopsy, and lab fees.

Many creditors agree to payment plans; why is it that the medical community doesn’t?

I went to the Whitman-Walker Clinic, and was told that they couldn’t see me for two months! Two months is too long to wait when one suspects melanoma!

The receptionist at one doctor’s office gave me the tip to show-up at the Sibley Hospital ER, and tell them that my ID had been stolen – and give a fake name and address before recieving medical care. That way I’d get care, but not have to worry about the bill. I wish I could do that, but that’s not my style!

What is one left to do when one has a condition/situation which needs immediate attention, but not the means to pay for it immediately?

HELP!

I don’t expect the White House to help me, but hope that a situation such as mine will be taken into account when formulating Obama Care, et al…
